Israeli Beesense Systems, part of Avnon Group, and Swedish DST Control have signed a merging agreement to adress the market of aerial and maritime surveillance. Beesense Systems develop and manufacture advanced integrated multi-sensors systems and DST Control is a world-renowned manufacturer of gyro-stabilised gimbals. The OTUS series of micro-gimbals from DST Systems are widely used into small and medium-sized unmanned and small manned vehicles. The add-on of DST’s stabilising technologies will elevate Beesense performances. Both companies share more than 50 years of combined experience.
